Art Deco Czech Glass Vase Hand Painted Penguins 1930s 50s vinyl purse 02 Chanteligne 606”This is an art deco era vase that I believe was made in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s, although I cant be certain about maker or origin. If not Czech, it certainly was made by a quality glass maker. The vase is made of thick smokey topaz toned glass that is hand decorated with penguins. The penguins are quite wonderfully depicted, appearing quite animated and squawking at one another. They are rendered with what looks like stencilled white spray
