Vintage 1940s Fascinator Floral Tilt Hat Rose Flower Bouquet with Net Veil split yoke There is a button-down pocketThis is a fabulous floral tilt hat, or, to use a more recent term, fascinator. I believe that it dates to the 1940s. The skull cap is made of millinery buckram and is loaded with silk flowers, mostly roses, of all types. The flowers are in tones of red, pink and white with some greenery. It has a net face veil.
